The new version 3.0 of NEOFI Link is now available.
The new functionalities included in ths new version bring the following benefits :

 

 

 

Optimal security equivalent to ETEBAC 5 thanks to the personal electronic signing

Neofit Link now includes activities of personal signature (PKCS # 7 CMS Crytpologic Message Syntax, standard adopted by the French community). The electronic signature of documents or data ensures non-repudiation by allowing both sides to prove the sending and receiving of a remote transmission. This signature is based on the use of electronic banking X509 certificates. Certificates are electronic identity cards that contain electronic work and certify the identity of the signer and that of the company.

These activities of signatures associated with different secure transfer protocols already available (FTPS or SFTP) and with of PGP, SHA1 or S / MIME encryption functions also implemented, fully meet the expectations of companies in secure financial flows and authentication of signatories, including the transfer orders to the banks. This new offering come at the right time to match the current issue of renewal of the banking communication tool linked to the abandon of ETEBAC protocols.

NEOFI Link is natively integrated with desktop environments.
With Neofit Link version 3.0, users can easily define a new style of reporting with Microsoft Excel.
Link Neofit will collect information from different tools and carry out all types of reports, including cash forecasts or bank reporting.		  

 

More exchange with new analysis features in PDF documents.

PDF documents obtained from the tools (invoices, credit ..) are automatically analyzed by Neofit Link. Alphanumeric or numeric information, the customer name, different values or dates can be extracted, converted or transferred, just as if they were coming from a flat file, a database or a Microsoft Excel file.
It is then easier to exchange with the other tools or services, as for the automation of the tax dematerialization, for example
  


Saving time thanks to the ergonomy of the new graphic building function.

The new graphical construction function allows to prepare the design process by manipulating various graphical objects (input formats, output ...) and defining the links between them..

This graphical representation is quick to make. It is easier for visual.
The processs parameterized with previous versions of Neofit Link will also be represented graphically, allowing the reverse-engineering of your existing processes.

 

Saving money on bank rejection fees, thanks to the adjunction of a business function that controls new banking identifiers.

Neofit Link allows sending bank transfers which international bank account numbers (IBAN) are checked with the new feature specially created.
The specific formats of nearly 50 countries are supported. This feature complements the existing features of conversion BBAN to IBAN and IBAN to BBAN.
